oh happy day....

Liam at the pump track in Canmore - his face says it all.
Lola cheering him on from the sidelines.

Cutest sleeping position.

Checking out what's for dinner.

Lola in a full-on run - doesn't get any better than this.
Well, we've been completely stressed out over today's neuro appt, b/c we were receiving results from Lola's EEG/MRI, which is rarely a cause for celebration. But today we actually got some good news - our neuro does NOT believe that Lola has Lennox-Gastaut (thank GOD), and that her EEG does not show the spike and wave pattern that is a hallmark of the syndrome. Her MRI is unchanged - so no new injury/areas of concern, etc. Her EEG did show epileptic activity, but it was done before we began IvIg treatment, and before we started the new med (Topamax) (that, and she screamed the entire EEG so they didn't get a great read - just lots of chaos). Overall, our dr. was happy with Lola's response to IviG, and continues to see improvements in her clinically, which is more important than any MRI reading in Lola's case. She just baffles them medically. She makes them work hard for their money, so we've been told.
Anyway, just relieved. And so very thankful for the prayers and positive thoughts.
Now to remove my shoulders from my ears.
p.s. The Taming of the Shrew goes up in a week and a half at Bowness High School. Be there, or be square!
